I bought this palm 1,5 years ago in Plantagen Frescatti. A couple of weeks ago I started to notice these dark spots. A new leaf stoped growing, what is growing now is these spots😭
What should I do to save her?

It's a good question - generally dark spots on the lower stem tends to be a sign of overwatering or a fungal infection caused by said overwatering.
Such damages may take a little while to show up, as it enters through the roots. However, the damages look quite small as of yet so I'd only suggest checking over the water from now on until spring and then re-pot it.
I'd also suggest placing it in a lighter area with more sun or acquire some grow light now during the winter months to keep it healthy.
Lastly, I noticed a white, fuzzy spot right where the leaf attaches to the stem. Just to be sure, I'd suggest taking a closer look at that just to rule out any pests :-)
